Stéphane D. Tremblay has developed specific expertise in strategic planning and the management of complex urban regeneration projects
Stéphane D. Tremblay joined Lemay1 in 1996 and established the firm’s urban design studio. Stéphane is a founding member of the firm’s branch office in China, having served as executive vice-president and chief executive in Beijing from 2004 to 2007. A seasoned professional with considerable international experience, he has been involved in numerous projects in the US, the United Kingdom and Asia. In recent years, he has developed specific expertise in strategic planning and the management of complex urban regeneration projects. Stéphane has won a number of international competitions, many of them in Asia, and he has been associated with numerous award-winning projects and studies such as the St.Paul on the Mississippi Development Framework and Guidelines for the reurbanisation of Metropolitan Toronto. He graduated from the University of Montreal’s school of architecture and holds a master’s degree in urban design from New York’s Columbia University.
